Okay, so I have had two scotch's (17 yr), a beer and so my observations might not be as favorable than a sober man's. I liked this. Honest and real, at least seemingly so as I gave up long ago assuming that any human emotion, poetic or otherwise, beyond portrayal. At the risk of giving advice to a fictional poem, especially in a world where advice seems only a podium for the insecure to gain a moment's psuedo-importance:

Without hope we have no one else but ourselves to depend on and all pretenses of a god can finally be dropped. Hope taints action and taints observation by telling us that our desires will happen because they are desirable. Ironically the only right that happens in reality is the mathematical indifference of 'I am therefore this was done'
