Subject: Being Forced To Move

A woman in my apartment building that I have lived in for four years got angry with me one evening......she and her boyfriend were walking to her apartment, I was walking out to my car - he saw me and next thing I know he's at my door because he dumped her and wanted to ask me out. (I know, ridiculous - of course I asked him to stay away from me) Next thing I know, she gave our management company a written statement that I was selling crack out of my apartment, a day after that a cop was at my door because she said I was just at her apartment and threatened her life. Her drinking buddy next door to her correlated the statement. I was arrested and now my lawyer has plead down to the minimum which is a hefty fine, 24hrs in jail, and she gets a restraining order, meaning I have to move out. I'm on SSD because of an accident thanks to an abusive boyfriend that broke my back and don't have first, last, security deposit, and all the other moving costs. I've asked everyone I know and all the "charities" around and been turned down. My 12yo son has been staying with his father because of all this, too. How can ppl get away with things like this?!?! I've never hurt anyone and don't deserve this, yet I'm looking at homelessness and losing custody of my son. Please, please.......I promise if anyone can help me I will pay it forward in so many ways.
