I'm back, after 8 months of hiatus! I missed all, especially making comments, personal opinions, that may had stirred others.
Anyway, back again sa mga masalimuot na bahagi ng pakikihamok sa katotohanan. Sad to say, my beloved Gapan is highly publicized...History repeats itself..like a cycle that rolls, sometimes up, sometimes down.....
BUT WOULD YOU BELIEVE THAT AT THE END OF THE STORM IS A SERENE DAY FULL OF SUNSHINE? DEAR FOLKS NOT ONLY FROM GAPAN BUT THE WHOLE OF THE PROVINCE, WE WILL ACHIEVE THAT, AND THE ANSWER TO ALL THE ORDEALS RELY UPON THE PEOPLE'S POWER ITSELF....UPON US.....

its so easy to find out why so much big difference between the goverment of the past to the present way of goverment.the past goverment were genuinely elected by their constituents,i mean really elected but there may be some blood (loss of lives,cheating ie vote buying switching of votes and other form of irregularities on a retail level.but the present govement now has perfected a new way to cheat massively that even before the election comes,they already know how much they will win.very pathetic sorry state of election.this kind of election is happening everywhere in the province and it gives the incumbent upper hand through manipulation and connivance with other branch of goverment especially city or town administrative staff and of course our beloved vote counters the teachers and poll watchers.pray and hope that automation can make changes.
