Subject: looking for someone

Is there anyone here who knows Mr. Virgilio Sebastian or Cynthia d. Sebastian of San Antonio Nueva Ecija? Please any information would do. Mr. Sebastian is my fiance's father and Cynthia Sebastian might be his aunt. He haven't seen his father since he was born and we were hoping that we could meet him. We've been searching for them for quite some time now. Thank you and God bless.
