Subject: 地產商搞的所謂 "內部認購", 根本是香港罪惡黑洞! 做勢做市做價騙局!? 給內部職員利益就優先排前位先挑靚單位? 但警察及ICAC都怕開罪上級也奢望巴結到的富豪(留好印象關係好待退休後要去依托的金礦)嗎!? 香江特衰症苦搞了咁Q耐什麼樓宇實用面積標準化算法咁基本單純小事也搞不掂奸商? 還是故意放水留給地產商搵市民笨的奸技?

所以有人說香港不是由特首管治, 也不是黨中央管治, 而是由地產商巨噩管治操控的才真! 孫冥瘍其實點敢墓犯地產商巨噩的發財檔口?
