At my church we don't actually say what we did out loud when we confess our sins. We just acknowledge that we have sinned and say were sorry and ask to be forgiven. Then we have a few minutes to pray or whatever you want to call it. I don't think its right to go in a little confession booth and tell the preist your sins becasue in many cases with small sins you don't even realize them and what you do know about is between you and the Lord.
