I think I know exactly which contestant you are speaking of with the "bad attitude". I believe she is in the "Little Miss" age group. I heard horror stories from some girls about what happened at the rehersal. She was in the pageant last year and did basically the same thing.

I am actually considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Miss American Starlet is listed with them. Maybe, if enough of us file complaints something will be done. I just don't want to see any more first timers get sucked into this pageant only to be ripped off and disappointed. I don't know how to reach enough moms to make file complaints effective. Does anyone have any ideas?

Also, what I am interested in is looking at the videos from the pageant and then looking at the girls who got in the top 10. I want to compare them to the rest of the girls during the My Style and Party Wear events. I can gaurentee that there are some that should just not be up there. I am also interested in getting the names of the winners for the past 10 years. I can bet there will be some trend.

We are also able to call the office to get the scores. The husband of the pageant director said that the scores will be available this week. I have not yet been able to reach anyone though. Please let me know if anyone is successful with that.

Yes, the girl was in the Little Miss age group. I am planning on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Yes, I watched the videos and there was girls that made the top ten that did not know how to model or know what to do on stage and had fake teeth, and one girl who modeled with a twisty walk that was over exaggerated, just to name a few. There was also a girl in the younger age group that was pinching and hitting the other girls, and she was in the top ten for that age group! The list of unacceptable actions and unfair decisions by the judges goes on and on and something has to be done to stop this system from cheating the girls who truly deserve more than they have been given!
