And she never expected to receive money for that. Once in a while, she would be asked to dance at a wedding reception or private party and the host would give her $100 or something like that. She did it for fun in every case, so that was just a nice topping on the cake. When you register your child in a dancing school, you are not entering into a contract with regard to performing, so it is not obligatory. Dance for the love of it, enjoy the experience and don't worry about the money.
