Subject: Be careful with a barre class - make sure the instructor knows about physiology and isn't just an instructor who's learned to teach barre

Started a Barre class last fall and by winter my knees were shot. Found the instructors really didn't know about ballet or foot placement or hip rotation.

Even though I have taken ballet in the past, what these instructors were doing was dangerous. Not all instructors are bad, just beware.
