Subject: I can tell you right now, we came from Mid Atl for the 3rd yearin a row to Hurley, which as usual was a great feis, but we encountered that person as well - rude, nasty in a way that was shocking given how lovely everyone else is. I assumed she was employed by ShowPlace but if anyone has contact info for Parks & Rec if that's who runs the arena, I would like it.

Every event that has people attend inherently will have issues. But there's a good way and a bod way to deal with them. No, I also did not see an "no entry/exist" sign, but this person didn't seem to know or want to know how to deal with folks. If no one is seeing your sign (if in fact there was one) - PUT UP A BIGGER SIGN. Or treat people civilly. If you're frustrated, that is fine, but then maybe she should be in a non-public relations part of the venue. Dealing with the public is not easy but people should TRY. And just to clarify - this was fairly early on in the day as my dd danced first on stage.
