Vincent O'Connor is one of the people caught cheating and he's on the examination board. Who knows how many TCRGs he indirectly or directly passed or failed based on personal vendettas or payoffs. Remember, the judging portion on the ADCRG exam is 100% subjective. If the examiners don't like your rankings for the mock feis, they can fail you even if your justifications were fully defensible.
