Subject: Why are there tabulation errors at every major year after year??

I’m sorry, the math is not hard. You input numbers and the tabulation system does the rest. Why are the tabulators not double and triple checking their inputs prior to results? If this was just a one-time glitch, it would be understandable, but errors like this happen all the time. Remember the day 1 disaster at the 2021 US Nationals? You would have thought they would’ve learned from that.
