Only in our twisted Irish dance bubble would a school involved in cheating and with other cheaters get the benefit of avoiding a conflict.

You do all realize that the cheaters are not losing their schools and their students aren’t at risk of a judging conflict. The burden of judging majors now falls on the honest or not-yet-caught ADs while the cheating schools can compete uninterrupted.
