Subject: No,ifyou read it they will combine the dances to ONE competition per age. because certain ages do certain dances and they a double age groups.

  • Several Feiseanna (possibly more) are doing this. Everyone is in the same competition, but tthe Feis appears to be interested in which dancers are performing which soft shoe/hard shoe dances. Most girls in my daughter's group were doing Reel/Hornpipe, this year's Oireachtas dances for her age group, but not all of them. (NT) -- NT, 03:46:36 05/06/08 Tue
  • yes, knowing which dances you are planning to do helps them plan. You don't have to do your "Oireachtas" dances, esp this far before December, but many dancers do.
