Subject: Borrow knife setting guage for Delta 12" planer 22-540???

Help! I inherited my Dad's 12 inch Delta planer, model 22-540. I have changed knives, but am having a great deal of trouble setting the depth correctly to get it to feed right. I can get them set fairly even, but can't seem to get the depth correct. Could I borrow the setting guage from someone for a day or so? I will order a new one on Monday. I'm on the far west side of Houston.
