Subject: Dado blade help

Maybe one of you tool gurus can help me out. I have a Freud SD508 Super Dado set that used to cut a perfectly smooth dado. My dado cuts seem to have gotten alot worse lately. There are now many grooves and valleys. It's comparable to the $30 generic set I started with years ago. The blades haven't really been used that much and mostly on softer woods. Any ideas on how I can fix them without dropping another $200 on new blades?
