With the sander laying upside down on a workbench, with the front of the sander to your left, place your left hand on the front belt roller and your right hand at the rear of the sander. Push the front roller in, towards the rear of the sander until it "clicks" in place. Remove old belt and replace with new belt, then push the front edge of the front roller away from you until it "snaps" out of lock and back into tension. Run sander and adjust "tracking" with tracking screw knob!
