Subject: Router Bits

Whenever I use my router, the bits slide in the collar and give me an inconsistent edge even though I try my best to tighten them in there. The bits I am using are not anything special and I was wondering if this could be caused by the bits being low quality or possibly not sharp enough?

If this is the case, where is the best place to buy bits? Are there certain material bits which work better than others? Basically, if you have any information in regards to buying router bits, I'm all ears. Thanks.
