Well... I have tried just about everything I can think of to resolve my problem with my reciever (Sony STR-DE835). The problem lies in the fact that the right rear output cracks in all ranges, but it seems to come from the tweeter. All that I've tried - I have traded out speakers, traded out wires, used banana clips, bare wires, and have had the same problem with two recievers (Crutchfield replaced it for me). Each time I have had it in the shop, each time they tell me nothing is wrong with it, but each time something must happen to my reciever on the way home. I have strippe the wires numerous times, tried wetting the wires for a better connection (licking, not dousing my reciever in water...). If you all have heard of similar problems with the STR-DE835 or any ideas on how to correct my problem please e-mail me. I'll be checking the forum on a regular basis as well...
