Subject: Polaroid DVD / VHS no picture

 Hi
We have lost the manual...have a Polaroid DVD VHS player along with a digital(comcast) cable box. It was working til they changed the cable box and now his DVD player has sound but no picture. Can you help us please. Have already called the cable company but they will not do anything. And I am a mom who knows nothing on Electronics.
