Subject: I agree completely. Even Ashley Bickford, who I like as a person, is a prime example of this. She's competed in RI, CT, and now MA if the rumours are true. I can't even keep up with it all! Clemente really does just care about the money. As long as they get their $1,000 per girl, they don't ask questions. You don't have to prove anything to fulfill the residency requirements- you could even give a friend's address if you wanted to because they really don't care. It's a free for all! Monica was working in Ct.until Feb. and then moved back to Mass. Alison came back to Mass in Feb and then went back to NYC after Miss USA. Both of these titleholders didn't live up to the contract, and yet they still hold their titles, Clemente clearly knows all this information along with her team, and just sweep it under the rug. What a shame for the girls that wanted the titles for the right reasons. It's all about the money for the directors and nothing more.
