Danielle, having known you for the past year has been rewarding. We have had our share of ups and downs, but not only have I found a great friend but a lifelong confidant. I want you to know that you a a very beautiful person and regardless of the hate mail that you receive people just dont know you and that is a shame. It is very disheartening that some people cannot see past a bad photo. They tried it....They tried you....and They tried me....But guess what. Remember all of the obstacles you faced going into Miss New York....Use the negativity to push through. Onward and Upward baby. I know the discontent is like "soos-ban" already but it is very much motivation. Take it and run with it...You are Miss New York USA 2008...Claim it and do what I know my girl is quite capable of doing. I Love You and wish you nothing but the best. Keep ya head up and keep "RISING" as Maya Angelou would say.
