I heartily agree. Certainly, if BMW were to offer us what we believe to be fair treatment, there's nothing left to argue about and we'll go on our merry way but we must make a very professional and forceful effort which will be interpreted as a serious, legal action on the part of the wronged parties. (Incidentally, what's to prevent BMW NA or BMW AG from visiting this site?)
