You guys are all bright enough and ambitious enough to own an M3, therefore don't turn something that was once a positive in your life into a negative. The fact that the car you bought ended up having problems is just the luck of the draw, it's the risk you take when you buy any product that has a limited track record. In this case, you should be proud that the manufacturer is offering a recall and wants to be proactive about solving the problem. You have to choose whether you want to part of the problem or part of the solution in a society wraught with unnecessary litigation. Get over yourselves and swallow the bitter pill of reality and move on. Don't let a little setback get in your way, focus on the positive.
