Subject: 330Ci Performance Package 04'

I recently ran into a similiar problem with my car just this week. I'm looking for any help. My car stalled on me, then when I went to restart it it wouldn't start. I took it to the service center. They said that the piston blew and this was caused by overreving the car. They say that warranty does not cover this because of driver negligence.

It doesn't seem like BMW cares about their customer. I've been driving stick for 5 years now, my previous car was an Audi TT and I never had a problem. Now BMW is trying to place blame on me.

If anyone has any correspondence with them, please forward to be because it seems like I'm being taken for a ride and a not so very comfortable one.
