I just believe it's a PR and customer service issue and should be approached as such. I think we'd have a better chance for a quicker resolution if we approached BMW as an "owner's group". Maybe this site can organize that effort.

Many people have approached BMW individually with no accomplishment. The next logical step seems to be to approach them in mass, and organized.

There's power in numbers and you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. Class-action and bullying should be a last resort when everything else has failed.

At least that's the way I see it. Good luck and kudos for being pro-active.
