Subject: 6/18 Rock Of Jericho report

1.Starts the show with 2 Iron Maiden songs:"Moonchild" & "Infinite Dreams".

2.Y2J says it's the eternal debate, says if you're a rock & roll fan, then you're either a Beatles or Rolling Stones fan. He says he's both a Beatles & Rolling Stones fan,
says some people say it's like Beatles or Elvis [Presley] guy & says he's a Beatles guy for both of them. He says when you're a heavy metal fan, the question that must
be asked is either Priest or Maiden, says to think about & says it's a close call. He says he starts the show with Iron Maiden from "7th Son Of A 7th Son" with
"Moonchild" & "Infinite Dreams", says he's the moonchild, says he's Chris Jericho it's The Rock Of Jericho: http://tinyurl.com/rssxe & it's Sunday night on XM 41 Da Boneyard: http://tinyurl.com/6hmt6 . He again asked the question if it's Priest or Maiden, says let's cut to the chase & no more screwing or f*****g around & says this is satellite radio & he can swear if he wants to. He says you have to make a choice, says he's drawing a line in the sand & ain't talking about Dream Theater & again wants to know if it's Priest or Maiden. He says he was in New York City on the Eddie Trunk show: http://www.eddietrunk.com/syndication2006.php a couple of weeks ago, says both had this same debate & the answers were flowing like wine, says people got so emotional & freaking out. He says 1 guy called in & called him a faggot & a queer & says Y2J didn't know anything about music because he's just a wrestler in a band [Fozzy] with a bunch of guys with wigs & responded by saying that Kevin Dubrow does also & what's the big deal & says his band don't have wigs. He again says people were freaking out by saying how dare he likes Priest over Maiden or how dare he likes Maiden over Priest & says there's so many factors to answer this question. He says both bands are probably the 2 greatest metal bands from that era, says there's a couple others from a different era that's could be better, but says Priest's more of the goodtime rock & roll side & Maiden's more of the prog rock side. He says you got [Rob] Halford vs [Bruce] Dickinson, says both are awesome singers in their own right, then says there's [Adrian] Smith & [Dave] Murray vs [Glen] Tipton & [K.K.] Downing who're the 2 greatest guitar teams of all time. He then says you got Steve Harris & Ian Hill & says that's were your arguement starts to lose weight, then there's Nicko McBrain & Dave Holland & says 1 of them's known for fondling & having sexual relations with a young boy, says it's Holland & says the other's known for driving over a parking attendant at the PNC Bank Arena in [Holmdel] New Jersey which's McBrain. He says do you say it's McBrain vs Scott Travis, says the debate's endless with so many variations & concepts, then asks if Van Halen beats Eddie [Van Halen] & says Eddie beats Van Halen because he controls the devil. He says he was firmly on Maiden's side but after hearing these passionate arguements with himself on 1 side, then 7 others on the other side for Priest & says there's really no right answer but depends on what side of the coin you sit on. He says both bands are badass, both rule the preverbial world & it depends on who you dug even more & says it was Maiden for him. He asks for you to tell him your pick for Priest or Maiden at messagesforchris@gmail.com , says it's the debate for the ages & says the funny thing was that he was on Eddie's show & had Brett Michaels call in. He says they had to ask Brett as to who he liked best, says everyone agreed that he'd probably say Priest just for the fact that Poison's a little more of a good time hard rock, heavy metal band. He says Priest's the same but they had so many heavy songs, they still have a little more of a popular edge with "Living After Midnight", "Breaking The Law", "United", "Turbolover" & others. He first says Burt Michaels comes on, then realizes that's an error & kiddingly says Ernie Michaels [as in Burt & Ernie from "Sesame Street", get it?]. Anyhow he says Brett comes on & he chooses friggin' Maiden, says everyone on the show was a "gog" & says he was freaking out because he finally had an ally on his team. He says Mike Piazza called in who's also a huge heavy metal fan & says he picked Maiden, says they had a couple of more famous people chosing Maiden but then New York City fan called in & says it was armaggedon & crazy. He says they all asked the same question to Axl Rose who chose he likes Priest better, but of all their albums he digs the first Iron Maiden ["Iron Maiden"] best, but he's into Priest as a whole. He says it's 1 of those things, then says it's like an a*****e, everyone has 1 & everyone has an opinion. But he wants to know as to what're the fans & fanatics of his show think, says he'll do something unprecedented on his show, says he started with the famous, often duplicated, never imitated 1-2 punch from "7th Son Of A 7th Son". He says he'll do a 2nd 1-2 punch to give both bands fair value, says this time it's Priest, says he started with the "7th Son" masterpiece & will float like [Muhammed] Ali & says "sting like a butterfly & fly like a bee" or whatever the f*** it was, straight into "Defenders Of The Faith" album. He says for the 1st time ever, it's a 1-2, 1-2 punch.

3.Plays Judas Priest's "Freewheel Burning" & "Jawbreaker".

4.Y2J says it's a close call, says again it depends & says both bands are tremendous & the reason as to what heavy metal is, was & will always be. He says it's kinda
funny because in the 80's his wife asked him as to how he didn't know that Halford was gay, says you look back now & it's like how did he not know it & says the big
giveaway was the studs, leather & bikerhat. He says the thing's like when you hear some of these lyrics, it makes you wonder such as "Jawbreaker", "Eat Me Alive" &
"Grinder, Looking For Meat". He says he don't give a s*** if Halford's gay, says he's a great singer in a great band but wonders what type of mental image "Jawbreaker"
makes when you hear it, says it's a little bit of a different mindset now that we know Halford's a homosexual man. He says he [Y2J] is a heterosexual man, says there's
nothing wrong with that, says you can be heterosexual man & listen to his show & says he don't care. He says that's another fine segway, says another fine group of
heterosexual metalheads are the immortal Metallica that's working on a new record, says that's funny because a friend of his named "Histor" [at least that's what it
sounded like] & gives a shoutout to him. He says "Histor" sent him an audio file of a Metallica show from Berlin, Germany on 6/6/2006, says the world didn't explode [on that date], we're still alive & says congradulations for that. Anyhow he says from this concert, they played a new song live & it was called "The New Song", says it didn't
have lyrics or a title for it yet, says it wasn't bad but it was nice to hear a guitar solo again, says that's something we've been waiting for a long time for & says he's sure
Kirk Hammett was excited to be able to play again. He says a couple of days before that show, on 6/3/2006 at a festival in Germany called "The Rock Amering" [at least that's what it sounded like] Festival, says as if he didn't knew where it was & says it had someone named "Deutschenstein" [again, at least that's what it sounded
like]. He says they played "Master Of Puppets" in it's entirety, then first says for those that aren't nitiated, then says un-un-nitiated & then says uninitiated & says that
means they played the entire "Master Of Puppets" record starting from "Battery" & ending with "Damage Inc." & says that's very friggin' cool. He says that's something
that lots of bands are starting to experiment lately, says lots of bands have been doing this for years & mentions Pink Floyd, then says Dream Theater & Queensryche
have both been doing it for a long time. He says Dio did "Holy Diver" in it's entirety, says rumors of Anthrax will do "Among The Living" in it's entirety, says Metallica did
"Master Of Puppets" in it's entirety & says that's tremondous & says hopefully this year on their world tour or whenever the new record comes out, they'll do that either on selective dates or all the time. He says that's classic, says it's a cool concept to go to a show & hear your favorite record from beginning to end. He says most times
you hear a couple of tracks here & there or if a band only has 2 or 3 records & will play the whole album & out of sequence, but this is all the way thru & you get the real
feeling & vibe from the 1st song to the last song. He says for "Master Of Puppets", it don't get more bigger or classic of a metal album than that, asks if he's right & says on the count of 3, all fans say "you're right Chris", then as he counts to 3 he says he's got a crowd participation on his show. He says he wants to see this, hopes
it's not a 1 shot deal & says he's heard when Robert Trujillo joined them 3 or 4 years ago that they've learned every song from their catalog. He says as a result, they know all these songs, says you might as well play them & says why the f*** not. He says he's never seen "Orion" live in concert, doesn't think that they've ever played
"Orion" live in concert & says now they have. He says hopefully they'll take their show on the road & play the classics, says "Battery", "Master Of Puppets" & "Sanitarium" you get all, but "Damage Inc", "The Thing That Should Not Be", "Orion", "Disposable Heroes" & says "welcome to the rock & welcome to "Leper Messiah".

5.Metallica's "Leper Messiah", Pantera's "The Great Southern Trendkill" & Andrew W.K.'s "Party Hard".

6.Y2J says it's hard to classify that dude [Andrew W.K.] & his music, says it's like a Slade type thing but has some pianos, some party rock, horns in the background,
has an AC/DC type vibe but it's also sort of a "New Order type thing" & maybe some Meat Loaf. He says Andrew W.K.'s doing his own thing, says he came out of the
box with a bullet, says when he first debuted people would says "who the hell is this guy, he's wearing all white, he's a scumbag with long greasy hair with a little
moustache & goatee". He then says later on people would ask as to where did this guy [Andrew W.K.] come from, where did he go, says he did another record called
"The Wolf" & now lives in the "Where Are They Now" file & says he himself don't know where he is. He says Andrew W.K.'s most known for the fact that he's a big fan of
the 80's thrash band "Obituary", loved their drummer Donald Tardy & says Andrew W.K. wrote Donald a letter that said "Mr. Tardy, I'm starting up a band, please don't be late & would you like to join it?". He says "Mr. Tardy" wrote back to Andrew W.K. wrote back on time, says Tardy does have a name & is not just called Tardy, says "I don't feel tardy" & says bango, bingo, bongo, Andrew W.K. has a drummer. He says that's a good way to do it, says he should write to either Ringo Starr or to someone that actually still plays some kickass drums & says maybe he'll write to Lars [Ulrich], Mike Portnoy, Nicko McBrain or Bobby Blotzer & say "Mr. Blotzer, can
you come be my drummer" & says Blotzer will say "Sure, are there any chicks there? I don't feel tardy" & says that ["I don't feel tardy"] should be his new catchphrase.
He asks as to what W.K. stands for, asks if it's Warner-Kanutsin, Waldof-Kingstinstein III, Waldof-Kingsly & says that's the least heavy name of all time [NOTE FROM
JEFF:for those that care, W.K. stands for Wilkes-Krier: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrew_W.K.]. Anyhow he says he's off his rocker today, says he was watching TV
the other day & says the '86 movie "Maximum Overdrive": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maximum_Overdrive which was based on the Steven King story called "Trucks":
http://tinyurl.com/e88yz , says it was originally title "Who Made Who" & says it's more famously known for the AC/DC soundtrack. He
says the soundtracks [as he says it] "MUUUUCH" better then the movie that had Emilio Estevez, then asks if it's pronounced "Es-tevez" & says Emilio also lives in the
"Where Are They Now" file & asks as to how Emilio feels. He says Emilio's dad [Martin Sheen] is on "The West Wing" & making some serious coin & cash as the US President, says Emilio's brother [Charlie Sheen] is on the biggest TV sitcom "2 & A Half Men" that's enbroiled in this crazy Denise Richards/Richie Sambora thing. He
feels that Charlie's sleeping with Sambora & says he ain't sure, says Emilio's ex-wife Paula Abdul is 1 of the biggest stars in America who co-hosts "American Idol" &
says you forgot that she was married to Emilio did you? He says Emilio's selling tamales & surrapes in El Sorito, says he don't know & asks as to where's Emilio now. He says he should reunite with his fellow brack packers, then corrects himself & says brat packers & mentions Andrew McCarthy, Ally Sheedy & go on tour. He says the movie's about a comet or a virus that made all computers have their own minds & took over the humans & says the best death in the movie, was a vending machine
that shot coke cans out of the machine's mouth & it hit these dudes in their face by knocking them over & killing them. He says for example, on the side of the head had a Diet Coke coming & "WHAMO", then says here comes a Diet Sprite Zero & "WHAMO" & says it don't weigh 0 pounds & says it's called a Diet Sprite 30 kilometers an hour. He says maybe in the USA it's 30 miles an hour, says he don't know because he's blabbing too much, says maybe the DAT machine can wack him
over his head, knock him out, kill him, take over & then he made these "suffering like" noises. He then says [in a computer like voice]:"YOU ARE LISTENING TO THE
ROCK OF JERICHO, THIS IS AC/DC ON XM41 DA BONEYARD".

7.Plays AC/DC's "Who Made Who" & Fozzy's "Wanderlust".

8.Y2J says son of a bitch, "faring a*****e", the DAT machine knocked him out & says it was the power of "The Foz" [Fozzy] that rejuvinated him. He says it's like Popeye & it's "spinish", then says in a foreign accent & says "Popeye eats the spinish" & corrects himself & says it's the "spinach-cha". He again says he rejuvinated
himself, he's back on track & says "I'm back baby, I'm back", then says much to those that listened & said you probably dug the computer voice much better than his &
says who can blame you. He again says [in a very fast pace] "ThisIsTheRockOfJerichoOnXM41DaBoneyard,I'mChrisJericho&I'mCompletelyOffMyF*****gRocker", says he's taking you down screaming & kicking with him. He says he's like a drowning man & he's wrapping around you poor people, says he's taking the airwaves by storm & says when he 1st started the show, he had millions of listeners that went down to hundreds of thousands, went down to thousands, hundreds, dozens & says he now
has 4 friends & his grandma in Peoria, Illinois & says thanks to his grandma/nana. He again says it was 6/6/2006 was "666", he then starts to say that Slayer's Kerry King sent out, but says he just burped on the air & asked if that's allowed. He continues to say that King text messaged to all his friends, says that was a namedrop &
says "Happy 666" as if it was a birthday party, then says if you're in Slayer, "666" would be like a birthday party & says that's funny. He says that Slayer also released a limited edition Tshirt which also said "Slayer, Happy 666" or whatever it was & says that's Slayer's Christmas. He says they're getting ready to release a new record,
then says "to drop a new record" as his "bizzeeps on the street-eets" say & says if you heard the new song "Cult" that's on the internet air waves, says that's classic
Slayer & super fast. He says you can tell that having Dave Lombardo back in the band has lit a fire under their asses & under the double bass, masterful feet of Lombardo, says it's very cool & says it's been awhile. He says the last time Slayer released a record was on 9/11/2001 & it was called "God Hates Us All", says let's
hope the new record's called "We Love Everybody" & says when it's released, everybody gives everyone else a kiss & makes a bried kissing sound. He says it could
happen, says maybe Kerry King's having a change of heart, says let's hope the record's not called "I Pooped In My Pants" & says you'll know what'll happen when you
buy the record. He says Slayer's mistical powers are at work & are at work on his show.

9.Plays Slayer's "New Faith" & Arch Enemy's "Dead Eyes See No Future".

10.Y2J says Arch Enemy's Angela Gossow is the only female death metal vocalist that he knows that whips ass like that. He says it's not a sexist comment, says she's just a great singer & don't care if she has a penis or not, says he likes the band & her & that's it & no more talking about that. He says he'll talk about his show's
favorite workaholic, says it's Mike Portnoy who as a result of being on the wagon & a member of AA, has gone completely insane & says he's at work every minute &
every day & says that's all he does. He says Mike's on the downtime from Dream Theater, however he's working on the new Dream Theater DVD which'll be out in
September & says it's their famous symphony show from New York's Radio City Music Hall, which was at the end of the Octavarium tour that was about 2 months ago.
He says Mike did the "Amazing Journey Tribute To The Who" which he heard was amazing, says he got reports & reviews that Mike's the greatest drummer possibly of
all time that's alive today because he says not only is Mike kicking serious ass as Dream Theater's drummer & playing some rhythms & beats that're impossible for the
human hand to do unless you're an octapus. He says Mike's also playing with [all to a T]:Keith Moon, Ringo Starr, Neil Peart, John Bonham, Ratt Skates & then says if
you don't know who's Ratt Skates is, he's Overkill's drummer who's also that Mike filled in with. He says it don't matter who it is, says to throw names at Mike because
he'll take them all on, says the thing about Ringo Starr's not a crazy, technical drummer but very tasteful with lots of dynamics with rhythms & little touches. He says
Mike's nailed them, says he's got the "bombassisisum"[again, at least that's what it sounded like] of Keith Moon, the technical genius of Neil Peart, the timekeeping
genius of John Bonham, says he went on a little rant there & says no disrespect to Dennis Miller. He says that's what we got, Dream Theater's Portnoy & says
coincidentally this is Dream Theater on the ROJ.

11.Plays Dream Theater's "Never Enough" & Place Vendome's "Sign Of The Times".

12.Y2J says he busted them out a couple of months ago, says Place Vendome's from Germany with Helloween's Michael Kiske on vocals, says you guys really go nuts for it & says that's a little heavier song with "Sign Of The Times" & says that's not to be confused with Quiet Riot or Prince. He then sings the title song, then asks
as to who else did "Sign Of The Times", says maybe he's thinking of Cyndi Lauper's "Time After Time" & says someone else did "Sign Of The Times". He says he don't
know, then asks as to who else did it by emailing him the answer. He then plugs his 2 sites: http://www.chrisjericho.com & http://www.myspace.com/therockofjericho ,
again asks as to who else did "Sign Of The Times" & says it's making him crazy & says he knows there's other versions besides from Quiet Riot & Prince"[NOTE FROM JEFF:for those that care, here's a link that'll help you: http://tinyurl.com/kcwls . Anyhow he says Kiske's getting ready to release another solo record called
"Kiske", but says metal fans won't like it since you know Kiske don't want to play metal anymore but sings as a quest on every single metal opera that's out there, then
says when Kiske does solo records he does the opposite of what you wanna hear & what you expect to hear. He says to him, Kiske can sing the friggin phone book &
he'd buy it & dig it because Kiske's a tremondous singer with such passion & feeling. He says he's heard some samples of "Kiske", says it's not the "alfamention"[yep,
that too is what it sounded like] Slayer, but for the fact that Kiske's putting out a solo record's good enough for him. He says Stuck Mojo's on tour again, plugs their site
http://www.myspace.com/stuckinthemojo , says if they come into your town you should check them out & says there's not a better live band out there. He mentions the
band members:Bonz, Rich Ward who's a tremondous guitarist, Sean Delson who's Fozzy's bassist & says the new drummer is named Rodney. He says Rodney's so
similiar to "Frank Fonzerays"[yep, that's what it sounded like], says he's a "Frank Fonzeray" disciple & says if you miss Frank, Rodney's the next best thing. He says
Stuck Mojo came from the scene in Atlanta, Georgia that included bands like Clutch, Stereomud & others including Sevendust. He says Stuck Mojo toured & played
with Sevendust, both rose to the scene together & says Stuck Mojo went 1 way & Sevendust went another. He says the thing with Sevendust is that it's a band that you
don't really think about & know, but they have every single 1 of their records that went gold. He says that means that every single 1 of their records have sold 500,000
copies, says nowadays that's pretty insane. He says you never really hear that, says to sell that many records is very impressive & says it's not like Sevendust's on the
tip of everyone's tongue, but have been around for 10 years or so & says they're a very catchy rock & roll band. He says Sevendust don't get lots of airplay or videoplay,
says they're 1 of those underground bands that were like the same way Stuck Mojo was or is. He says Stuck Mojo's new record's called "Southern Born Killers" that'll be out soon, says he shouldn't be talking about them because he's playing Sevendust & says he should talk about Sevendust & then says "Sevendust, Sevendust,
Sevendust, let's all phrase Sevendust".

13.Plays Sevendust's "Praise" & Rage Against The Machine's "Vietnow".

14.Y2J says it's funny that in the last segway, he said "Sevendust, Sevendust, let's all phrase Sevendust", says it made him laugh because he was listening to the
"Return Of The Champions" CD recently which had Queen & Paul Rogers on vocals & says Paul's segway is for being a great singer & being around for so long & laughs by saying they're not very good. He says Paul said:"I can't get enough of you guys, I love you guys, I love you fans, I can't get enough of your love" & then the band would play "Can't Get Enough Of Your Love". He says that don't make sense because you're saying "I love you, I love you, I can't get enough of your love", but says if the song was called "I Can't Give Enough, I Can't Give Enough Of My Love, I Can't Give Enough Of My Love, I Can't Give Enough Of My Love" is what he's trying to say & says "I can't get enough of your love" didn't make sense. He says Paul would says "When I wrote these lyrics so many years ago, it was all right then & it's all
right now" & says they then played "All Right Now" & Y2J says that was pretty lame for 1 of the greatest rock & roll singers of all time. He then says who's he to say
because his segways are just as bad for 1 of the worst rock & roll DJ's of all time & says to ask his boss [Charlie Logan] on XM41 Da Boneyard. He says XM's really
supportive, says they love him, he'll get a raise & the whole channel will be called "The Jericho Channel" & says that's what he says & thinks they should do. He says
Rage Against The Machine's a kickass band with the crazy guitar sounds of Tom Morello, he admits they're not total metal per say & more of the rap-rock thing, but says he's very wide open on his show. He says heavy metal's a very big umbrella & a big spectrum of material, says Tom's much of a guitar hero as Kirk Hammett
because Tom's sound & tone is amazing, the technique & has done stuff that no one has done since. He says Tom's taking that straight into Audioslave, says the big
loser of that band was Zack de la Rocha, then clarifies by saying that he don't mean the term "loser" personally because he don't know the guy, says he's sure Zack's a
fine guy but asks as to where's Zack now. He says Zack's other band [didn't say the name] is still reaching platinum level heights by playing sold out gigs & says Zack's
selling towels & surrapes in El Sorito with "Andrew Warner-Kingsly", then says "Vietnow" is still a great rock & roll song & says it's very creative. He says there's a rumor going around Rob Zombie will produce & direct the new Helloween movie, then realizes he made an error & makes a joke by saying it'll be about the breakup of Kai Hansen & Michael Weikath & then says it's the "Halloween" film that won't be a sequel but to do a "reimagining" or "revisioning". He asks as to what Tim Burton said in the [2001 remake] of "Planet Of The Apes", says the word was called a "revisualization" or "reinterpitation" of Helloween, again realizes he made the same error & says it's "Halloween" & says f*** he can't get over that. He says Michael Kiske, Michael Weikath, Michael Myers, Halloween & Helloween & says if you read the back
of Helloween & says "If you call the band Helloween as Halloween, you'll be turned into a savaged pumpkin". He says if he calls the movie "Halloween" as Helloween will
he turned into a savaged pumpkin, then says the mask that Michael Myers wears & says if you know who's face that was, it's William Shattner's [from "Star Trek"] face.
He says they had to get a mask because they didn't have any money, had to go to a hardware store & says the only mask that was available was a William Shattner
mask which they painted it white. He again says that's Shattner's face on Myers, says do you see what you get when you listen to his show, says do you see the amount of info that you can pick up just by [as he says] "paying attention to my stupid show". He says this next song's by Shatter called "Lucy In The Sky With
Diamonds", says he's kidding & says it's really Rob Zombie from the band Rob Zombie [NOTE FROM JEFF:I think he meant to says White Zombie] with lead singer Zombie, says the song's called "I Zombie" & says he's Chris Zombie on XM 41 Da Zombieyard.

15.Plays White Zombie's "I Zombie".

16.Y2J says it's amazing when you get someone who's the real backbone of a band because Zombie sounds just like White Zombie, says there's really no difference &
says usually when a band breaks up & mentions as an example David Lee Roth left Van Halen, you had Van Halen with Sammy [Hagar] that still had the Van Halen
guitar sound. He says you had Roth who still had the Roth feel & vocals, but when Zombie left White Zombie & went solo he still sounded the same. He says Zombie had the same guitar tone & the same everything & says the others in White Zombie didn't add alot & says that's why Rob just kicked them out & started his own thing & felt the others weren't worth the trouble & says that's very strange. He again says he talked about Zombie taking over the "Halloween" franchise, says that's a perfect
choice because if you've seen the "House Of A 1000 Corpses" & "The Devil's Rejects" movies, you know what he's talking about & says if you're a horror movie fan & haven't seen those movies, he recommends that you do. He says the movies have a very cool vibe, "stylized" & hip just like Zombie, says it's like a Zombie video where
there's lots of crazy images & stuff going on but says it's a real cool story & says he created his own franchise. He says he ain't surprised if 1 day there's a pre-quel,
says that's typical fashion with the crazy bad guys like Darth Vader & Dr. Lecter & says they're so evil at the start, but you soon started liking them because they're so
bad. He says that's what happened in "The Devil's Rejects" when a family with the characters Baby, Otis & Capt. Spaulding & says in the 1st movie they were so sick,
but you end up cheering for them in the 2nd movie. He says at the end of the 2nd movie, they play "Freebird" & drive into a huge barracade of cops, then get shot & killed & you're like "YEAH FREEBIRD, FLY AWAY FREEBIRD". He says you get behind these crazy wackos, says again that he had a contest with a friend where both tried to find out which band there was that never had an original member, then corrects himself & says which band there was that had no original members in it. He
says both he & his friend thought it was Savatage because on the "Handful Of Rain" record, there were no original members in the band & then says Jon Oliva joined the
band again & they continued on. He says Savatage hasn't done much in a while, says Oliva has a record called "Jon Oliva's Pain", then there's Chris Caffery who had his face on solo records. He says Zachary Stevens' no longer in the band & says Zachary's in Circle To Circle. He says Al Pitrelli, Johnny Lee Middleton & Jeff Plate are
all out of the band, says they play in The True Sounds Of Liberty, then says that's error & wonders if that's a f*****g punk band & says they play in TSL Tran-Siberian
Orchestra. He says all these guys make so much money off of Tran-Siberian Orchestra that they don't care about Savatage now because they're rolling in the dough when they appear on Oprah [Winfrey] show. He says the thing is that when you see the band & how good they are when they play these crazy Christmas music operas, you forget that they're still a great rock & roll band & a great heavy metal band. He says they have an extra edge like a piano & a symphonic edge to it & says
they do the total concept records just like King Diamond. He says we're anxiously awaiting the new Savatage record, says 10 years ago they put out "Dead Winter Dead" which's about the Ugoslavian kids who're refugees & the star in the sky & says it was the precursor to the Tran-Siberian Orchestra. He says they did this kind of a Christmas themed "Dead Winter Dead" like it's in the winter during Christmas time, says they sprouted off into this huge multi-million dollar corporation known as TSL
& said this all stared with a nice little record called "Dead Winter Dead". He says he'll play some of it right now because it's it for him, says he's over, finished, gone, done & out. He says he'll see you next week on his show & he'll end it off from "Dead Winter Dead" & the band that had no original members in it. He says it's "Starlight", says goodnight because everything's gonna BEEEEEEEE ALLLLLLLLL RIIIIIIIIIIIGHT & says "TA, WHO, HEY, YEAH & OOHH!".

17.Ends the show at 9:48PM with Savatage's "Starlight".
