Good morning,
I am very disappointed to receive this obviously canned response.
As I'd stated in my previous e-mail - Whole Foods certainly has the right to support any organization it so chooses. However in doing so, like it or not, Whole Foods is, in fact, making a political statement. If Whole Foods services a community with a strong Ku Klux Klan following, would the Team Members be allowed to make the decision as to whether to donate? I would guess probably not. So what exactly is your criteria? How much hatred and violence is it OK to espouse before Whole Foods draws the line?
NPR is public radio. KPFK is not. KPFK airs a small amount of Public Radio Broadcasting and the rest of the broadcasts arise from its own an alternative agenda - an agenda inciting people to the destruction of a nation.
We live in an amazing country - a country with true freedom of choice. Whole Foods has made a choice based on its beliefs. Consequently, I have made mine - I will no longer be shopping at Whole Foods. In the interest of fairness, I will be circulating your response to all of my e-mail contacts, friends and family. Based on the responses I've previously received, I'm sure the majority of these consumers will be making the same decision I have made
