Subject: Munich--no prize-winner

It is noteworthy that the dependably anti-American Golden Globes Foreign Press cadre of judges awarded votes to homosexual and latently anti-American indie films galore--Brokeback Mountain, Capote, TransAmerica being three winners with specifically homosexual story lines--but mysteriously failed to award Munich a single (dislike-infused) encomium during the 3-hour-long Golden Globes marathon of industry self-congratulation. This non-recognition surprised observers, but points perhaps to a knowledge that dishonest scripting and meretricious story lines don't wash even with the avatars of dream alley and La La Land superficially eager to promote agendas the rest of us find questionable and often abhorrent. I for one applaud the absence of further PR for this flawed and egregious misstep in the amazing canon of a heretofore --usually-- admirable director.
