Dear Mr. *********,

Thank you for your follow up email. I am sorry to hear that my previous
attempts to respond to you via email did not reach you, and I appreciate
you contacting Ralphs with this concern. It is of great concern for us as
well.

In doing research on this matter, we found the unauthorized listing
("Ralph's markets in Woodland Hills and Studio City") listed as a donor to
a pledge drive. We contacted the store manager and were told that last
year, on one occasion, he donated a $25 gift card to a gentleman from the
store's neighborhood who came in asking for it for a pledge drive. The
card was used to purchase food. No other donations have been given to this
organization. The store manager recognized this as a mistake and will be
much more cautious going forward. This is not an organization that Ralphs
would work with or offer community support.

We have never advertised with this station.

Our legal team has contacted the station to have our name removed from
their site via a cease and desist notice. No further donations will be or
have been given.

Ralphs strong, long standing reputation as a community partner is something
that we are very proud of and guard very closely. We gave over $8 Million
to Southern California nonprofit organizations last year, and we would hate
for that to be undermined by this $25 donation. We remain committed to the
communities in which we all live and work.

Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please know that
we are, and have been, working diligently to correct this. If you have any
further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Subject: Ralphs is Destroying its Goodwill in the Community by Supporting the
Anti-Semitic KPFK

To RALPHS:

It is the sixth week since I first wrote to you protesting your support of the now infamous extremist anti-Israel, and
anti-semitic KPFK radio and its "Radio Intifada". The Los Angeles Jewish Journal this week published a damning expose
of the anti-US agitation, anti-Israel agitation, and anti-Jewish racism of another KPFK program "La Causa".

As we have already pointed out, KPFK is also using its "public radio" license to promote demonstrations against a
staunch US ally, Israel.

KPFK is sowing division in the California community.

One could not imagine a more inappropriate place for Ralphs to direct its "community involvement" revenues.

I am told that a Ms. Kendra Doyel of your public relations department claims she has attempted to contact me. I have
not received any communication from anyone at Ralphs (other than your acknowledgment about 3 weeks ago of my lodging a
complaint on your website). You have had my email address since February 13 but you have not contacted me.

In the meantime your name remains on the list of supporters of KPFK, an endorsement of their extremist anti-semitic
views in the public's eyes. You could have had them remove your name in a minute or two, at any time over the last 6
weeks, but you have chosen not to. At this point it is clear you are refusing to dissociate from them.

I find this hard to believe. You appear oblivious to the damage you are doing to your goodwill in the community.
Outrage over your support of KPFK grows by the day.

I miss the products I used to buy at Ralphs and would like to be able to shop there again. But I will not while you
associate with KPFK and even one cent of your revenues is given to them. Ralphs has excluded me. And I will continue
to spread the word and encourage others to stop buying at Ralphs until you come to your senses and withdraw all your
support for KPFK.
