I am a retired meteorologist with 30 years experience. I have noticed that weather forecasts on TV and local radio are often incorrect, 'specially the temperatures. Some radio stations do not even bother with wind direction!
Sunday was a good example of having 'inside' knowledge!! As I sat in my garden, the neighbours started watering their gardens from about 5pm on. Not me!! I knew we were going to have a considerable amount of rain from 8-9pm onwards :)
Most forecasts are too generalised to be any use to Gower. I am considering starting a service to address that!!
I wonder who would be interested tho .....

hello, just found your site whilst trying to get the forcast for port eynon. What a job.....i want to go camping there but all the weather reports are not good for the comming week. went a week ago against the forcast and had a fab time.... any clues to what the week ahead holds?
