For a M32 how long is the main and mizzen masts?????????

John, these stats will be accurate to within a couple inches. I measured w/a 12 foot tape, which was a bit messy, but I measured both twice. I have the original spruce, so these numbers will be, by definition, to spec.

Is that mast height 33' 4" off the deck or off the water.

Off the deck. Masts were off the boat at time of measurment.
