Subject: Propane hose and fittings

Am installing a propane heater in Murre.

Where on earth does one get propane quality hose (1/4 or 3/8ths) and swage ends (3/8ths) and crimper? I am only finding pre-assembled kits (westmarine/ace hardware/home depot, etc.)

I'm betting Westmarine's price for 20ft of hose with two fittings attached ($78) is more than I'd pay for parts AND TOOLS ... but where? Especially frustrating since I need 30ft of continuous hose.

Done venting now.

Also your local plumbing supply sales counter (city sales) will probably make up the ends for you. And may be even cheaper.
