Subject: Mariners in New England

As I have stated in a couple of previous posts, I recently purchased a mariner 40. However, the boat had just come from a major deck refit and when I purchased everything had been stripped from the deck. If there are any Mariner owners in the New England area that would allow me to visit their boat to examine how the deck is laid out etc. Even were the mizzen is stepped, winch placement, basically the whole deck, I would be greatly appreciative.

My wife and I are almost finished with a complete refit on our Mariner 40. The boat is in Bristol, RI. I'd be happy to show you what we've done, if you're interested.

Yes we would be very interested, nice of you to ask. We purchased a 1972 M-40 in November, she is presently out of the water in Warwick, RI. We live in CT and hope to get enough done to her this summer to bring her closer to home. We would certainly work around your schedule to be able to see your boat. I look forward to hearing from you.
