Subject: Looking for a 31 or 32

Hello,
I am seriously looking for a Mariner 31 or 32. Any advice on points to look out for? Does anyone know about the detials of construction (hull/deck joint, glass layup schedule etc.. ). I am trying to sell my 1980 C&C 32, and my 1974 pearson 10m, I would consider a trade of some sort....

Look under Mariner owners. Boat name is Harmony. I currently have her for sale. You can also look under Yacht World she is listed with all the specs.
