Subject: bulwarks

where or how can i get bulwarks replaced on my mariner 32 as
this boat is a work in progress i live in honolulu,HI right now i,m in the process of reworking the cockpit any help would be appreciated.

i know it's very unnautical of me, but i'm not sure i understand what a bulwark is on our boats.

I am curious also. Could he mean the toerails ???

He stated that he had some teak toe tail problems as well as some deck problems. I guess them be the bullwarks. His reply was fairly terse, so I am not sure what he needs in the way of advice or assistance.

The "bulwark" is the solid rail of your vessel that is the extention of the topsides as it rises above the deck. Apparently the word comes from Middle English "bulwerke".
