Subject: where to find nice, pre-made interior moulding

In replacing the cabin sides, one thing we did not do was re-bury the main cabin dome light wiring back INSIDE the cabin side wood. On my boat there is a nice piece of moulding that runs from the light it the center of the cabin top out to the starboard cabin side. From there down to the grab rail is now open wire.

I'm trying to find some wood (teak/mahogony) moulding to cover this area, but so far, no luck.

Any sense of where I might look?

RR

Hi Randall,
I'd have the same answer to both of your questions. Have someone make them. The trim to cover the wires can be half round pine, stained to match. You could do that with a router or a chisel easily. I would not relocate the bow lights. More holes, more wiring. Get the new pulpit, and have the light mounts tigged back on there.
