I am looking for plans on the mariner 40 1971. The design plans by William Garden. Or possible his first book Yacht designs 1. I am building a model of my boat

To my knowledge, the only Garden designed Mariner is the woody 35. The others were designed by Oberly and influenced by his experience of the Garden 35 and/or the Herreshoff 28.

I have one of Garden's design books (can't remember if it's I or II), but haven’t found the 35 drawings in print yet.

I think the MOA site has what exists of drawings for the rest of us, which, sadly, ain’t much.
