Hello Gene,
You have a very novel, unorthodox approach to deck repair and covering. Are you planning to do this,or is it already done?It seems to me,using 3M 5200 as an adhesive will be very costly. You will need a lot of it-and it doesn"t spread easily. And painting a vinyl pool liner?Long term adhesion maybe a problem. But if that's what you have planned-Good Luck! And welcome to the Mariner Restoration Society.
