Yes sir, she does have a single sister in Singapore and she is a very nice lady with a very nice personality.

I "think" my jib is about 100 percent of the foretriangle area. I'm not much on design and "sailesse" but that is pretty close.

I use the mizzen on almost every point of sail to good advantage. I am not rigged to oversheet it for a higher angle, but "dragging" it seems to have no ill effects. At any of the reach angles, the mizzen makes a HUGE difference. Not only in trimming for steering, but in speed. Off the wind, I either center it, or drop it.

I have yet to race anyone with my mizzen stay sail, but that day is coming. I have sailed more with my jib and mizzen than in any other configuration. I am not saying Mariner 31/32's are "fast" but I will say Cherub's speed has surprised me and other sailors as well. What makes it special I think is the relative ease of sailing the boat near it's maximum potential. Keep them light! :)
