Subject: Cockpit measurements
In reply to: Wes 's message, "Cockpit Well = Fuel tank installed!?" on - Tuesday - 04/11/06 - 10:22am

Hey Randall, was down on the boat working on my cockpit so got some measurements for you. These are from the top of the cockpit plywood sole to the top of the vertical sides fore and aft,(which is also the top of the cockpit frame). Forward the vertical dim. is 14in. and aft the dim. is 13in. My cockpit is 53 7/8in. long. Although my cockpit was rebuilt in the 80's I'm pretty sure these are close to the original dim. This allows the bottom of the cockpit plywood sole to clear the top of the fuel tank by 2 1/8in.
Mark
