Subject: Ice Box Conversions

Jan and I are looking at converting our ice box into a refridgeration system. We'll need to remove the old stainless ice box (I'm not looking forward to that!) and possibly modify the galley a bit more at the same time. Has anyone done this? Any recommendations? Advice?

I'm going with an cold plate. You only have to run it for about an hour a day to keep it frozen. I would use the same box, just add the cold plate.
