Subject: Perkins replacement

If I purchase a Perkings 4-108 and reuse my exhaust manifold and My heat exchanger, have I "marinised" it ???

Is the tractor motor that different from the marine motor ??

All opinions welome the voice of experience prefered.....

I thought to "marinize" a diesel engine, you also have to change the cooling system to do the heat exchange with sea water rather than air. Sorry, but this is not the voice of the experienced... >;-)
