I had Murre on the hard for several months last year during which the masts were also off the boat and on stands. I found that over the months my main mast--which has an aftward bend above the spreaders like yours, but only about 20% as much--straightened to perpendicular (or nearly) all by itself. I had it sitting sail slide facing up.

You might see where the mast WANTS to go when she's been off the boat for a while. No hurry in finding the right answer.

Past that, I have no experience. Personally, I'd ask a carpenter. Too much riding on the wrong answer.
