Does anyone know how many Flights Petersen had undertaken under those type of conditions at night. To my mind I stick with what I said before, if he was inexperienced in those conditions or had a history in training of losing it, then I do not understand Dwyer allowing the flight to go ahead. Could Dwyer not have taken the flight.
