 I only recall one mention of it on KFWB's hourly News Alive At 55 on the date in question. Otherwise it was largely ignored by the media. Around this same time, when "So Mine Be Mine" by the Kelly Four made a one week appearance on the Fabulous Forty Survey, KFWB's deejays didn't even mention that this was Eddie's backup band.
Perhaps it was overshadowed by the event of February 3, 1959.
