Was at my local library yesterday and found "Every Night's A Saturday Night" by Bobby Keys, originally from Slaton, Texas; who played sax for the Rolling Stones for over 20 years. The book was published earlier this year. Only read the first 25 pages so far; but the guy mentions Buddy and the Crickets and Buddy Knox a lot. Lots of other familiar names mentioned throughout. No idea if the stories are true or not; but looks to be interesting reading.
