 There were several articles in the tabloid press last August that repeated an allegation that Caroline Kennedy had released to ABC at least one of her mother's Schlesinger tapes early, supposedly in hopes of suppressing an ABC Kennedy miniseries (which was ultimately shown on BBC.) These unsubstantiated reports claimed that tape included audio of Jackie saying she believed that LBJ and a Texas cabal were involved in a conspiracy to kill JFK.

ABC was supposed to release that info in September, 2011.

Those claims have been refuted. To my knowledge, ABC never released any such info.

ABC did release audio of some thoughts by Jackie about LBJ and JFK, provided by Caroline. They had nothing to do with an assassination. They involved JFK and RFK not wanting LBJ to become president in 1968. Jackie's opinion of LBJ and Ladybird is complex, but clearly does not include any belief that LBJ was involved in an assassination attempt. They range from a generally positive view of ghim as a person, and a negative opinion as a politician. But draw your own conclusions.
