 Thanks Cleftonefan for the clarification on Angel Heart.
I was not sure what version was used. Did they speed up the recording for the movie?

I Remember You by Frank Ifield was used to disturbing effect in House Of 1000 Corpses.
Although a religious song I always thought the song Are You Afraid To Die? By the Louvin Brothers would be used for great effect in a movie.
