Subject: "You're The One" - two takes?

I was looking through all of the old Heritage Auctions listings, and in two 2006 listings, two acetates of You're The One were listed, and one claims to be a different take than the 1969 released version. Both came from ME's collection, and both are copy acetates with a 45 hole, not original recordings. To me, both look like they were made at the same time then each went to a different place but both wound up with ME.

Are there really two different "takes"? Here are the links with their descriptions:
